When will I receive my order?
We always try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, this is usually the next working day. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will be in contact to let you know.

What should I expect when pre-ordering plants?
All of our young plants range for hanging baskets, pots and patio containers available on pre order will be dispatched in the first week in May. The reason we wait until May is to ensure your plant is in peak condition and there is no risk of frost damage.

What if I want my pre-ordered plants earlier?
That's no problem! Just call, send us an email or make leave us a note while ordering and your plants can be dispatched from March onwards.

How much does it cost for delivery?
Standard delivery is £3.95 for most orders, unless otherwise specified.
Larger items, such as Garden structures and Furniture are priced individually - the delivery cost will be shown in the basket.

Fresh Flowers Delivery
Next working day delivery is standard for all fresh flower orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri at just £3.95. Alternatively you can choose your specified delivery date. Click here for details.
